WHO WE ARE
Jewish Community of the Palouse is a welcoming community serving Jewish families and individuals in the Palouse and surrounding regions of northern Idaho and eastern Washington. The JCP offers cultural, religious and social activities for Jewish individuals and families living in Pullman, Moscow and the surrounding areas of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho including Washington State University and the University of Idaho. We are an unaffiliated community that is open to all members of the Jewish faith.
It is our goal that Jews of all backgrounds - whether Orthodox, Conservative, Reform or Reconstructionist - feel comfortable participating in our community, along with their families.
Our activities may vary year-to-year, but include High Holiday services, Sukkot, Hanukkah, and Purim celebrations. We have a monthly Friday Shabbat service, a monthly Saturday Torah study, and a Sunday School program for children in K-8th grade.

THE JCP QUILT
From September 2000 through October 2002 six women from the Jewish Community of the Palouse created a special quilt, reflecting our heritage, to be hung and used as a focal point at our ceremonies and celebrations. Click here or on the image of the quilt to learn more about it and the people who created this work of art.
JCP Board of Directors
Jewish Community of the Palouse is governed by a Board of Directors that meets monthly to provide governance, communicate with members, coordinate events, and provide fiduciary oversight for the community.
Members may attend any Board meeting and are particularly invited to our annual members' meeting. Contact the JCP Board at palousejewishcommunity@gmail.com for information about when and where the next meeting will occur.
